Sean Soth is the President of Soth, Inc. and Licenced Provider for Young At Heart A.F.H. Sean has worked as a NAC for over 16 years. Sean graduated from Central Washington University with a B.A. in Sociology, and has worked as a Co-Occurring Specialist. Sean believes that Adult Family Homes offer the best possible long-term care option, due to a low patient to staff ratio, that allows for a personal, non-institutional relationship. Sean's goal is to opperate Soth, Inc. Adult Family Homes in a manner that enhances the life's of the Residents, and provides families with a comfortable environment to visit. Sean wants Soth, Inc. Adult Family Homes to be a place that all are happy to call home.

Allison "Allie" Soth is the V.P. of Soth, Inc. Allison has been a NAC for over 7 years. Allison has a technical degree in Accounting and is the guru of the books for Soth, Inc. Allison believes that Adult Family Homes provide an opportuntiy for family, friends and residents to have a comfortable home environment to visit and live in.
Alice Irene Soth is the newest addition to our Soth Family. Alice is the Ambassador of Smiles for Soth, Inc.

Steve and Irene Soth have been in the healthcare field for over 30 years each. Together they operated Life's Little Pleasures Adult Family home for 17 years. Steve and Irene have been dedicated to making others lives better, by providing quality care in a beautifully maintained home. Steve and Irene Soth continue to be an integral part of Soth, Inc. Adult Family Homes by providing RN assessments and oversight.
